On the last day of 3rd Grade, Doremi, Hazuki, Aiko and Onpu sneak into the now-closed Maho-Dou, and find a note from Majo Rika, stating that she, Lala, Majo Ruka, Dodo, Rere, Mimi, and Roro now live in the Witch World together. The girls find the door to the Witch World unlocked and sneak into the Queen's flower garden, where they witness the birth of a baby. Discovered, the Queen puts the hands of the newborn into the hands of the Ojamajos and allows them to become Witch Apprentices again.

The four witch apprentices go in to the forest and retrieve the Love Supreme flower, however the previous queen tries to stop them. Doremi finally gets the flower and Hana is saved, but they fall asleep for 1000 years. Hana calls out to them, which awakens her mothers. When they saved Hana, their crystals break. They can't see Hana again because of this, and they part ways.
